How to activate automatic renewal with credit card payment

When making a payment by credit card or with a PayPal account, the details of your credit card or of your account are stored and the automatic Renewal of the service is activated for following payments.

Currently the automatic Renewal option is enabled in case of:
- Purchase or renewal of a PEC Service (standard or free)
- Aruba Hosting Services (e.g.: Domains, main Services or additional services, Database, Email, etc...)

You can enable or disable this service from your Customer Area at any time.
This article shows you:

- How to enable/disable the automatic Renewal by credit card from the PEC Customer Area
- How to enable/disable the automatic Renewal through your PayPal account from the PEC Customer Area
- How to enable/disable the automatic Renewal by credit card from the Aruba Hosting Customer Area


You can enable or disable Automatic Renewal with credit card payment at any time by entering your – PEC Customer Area – with your Login details (Username and password) and selecting - Your orders- in the top right corner:


You will see a green tick next to the order with automatic renewal, and an – X – indicating where this option is disabled:




By selecting – Manage – under the
– X – you will be able to enable Automatic Renewal by credit card or through a PayPal Account for the relative order:


No credit card details or other Payment option has been saved

Credit card details or PayPal Account already saved

You are asked to activate a payment option, as shown below:

 

By selecting - Add payment option - you will enter the pagamenti.aruba.it page where you can enter your new payment option, choosing between credit card or PayPal, as shown below: 

 

Once you tick - Credit Card - you are asked to confirm your payment choice.

 

By clicking on - Add - you will enter the Banca Sella secure server where you can register your credit card details:

 

1.    Card Number

2.    Secure Code

3.    Name and Surname

4.    Personal email address

5.    Consent for Processing of Personal Data

 

After entering the information, click on – Continue –. The operation is confirmed. 

If your card details or PayPal accounts have already been saved for a previous purchase on Aruba, and you want to enable the Automatic Renewal for a new service, you will see the list of credit cards or PayPal accounts already existing as shown below:

 

You can:

- Enable automatic renewal on a payment option which is already saved -

Select the credit card you want to use for the payment of Automatic Renewal

 

Then tick - Enable -. Automatic Renewal by credit card will be enabled for the related PEC account, debit request will be received seven days before expiration date. The operation is confirmed as shown below:

 

 

- Add a new payment option

Select - add new payment option - then follow the instructions in the first column of the following table.



By selecting – Manage – under the green tick, you will be able to disable the Automatic Renewal by credit card related to that specific order.



Any change and/or update can be made from the – Manage payment options - section of the payment  site. Automatic renewals associated with cancelled credit cards will be disabled, if the old credit card details are replaced with the details of a new card, the automatic renewals will then be associated with the new card.

How to enable/disable the automatic Renewal through your PayPal account
from the PEC Customer Area


You can enable or disable Automatic Renewal through your PayPal Account at any time by entering your – PEC Customer Area – with your Login details (Username and password) and selecting - Your orders- in the top right corner:


You will see a
green tick next to the order with automatic renewal, and an – X – indicating where this option is disabled:




By selecting – Manage – under the
– X – you will be able to enable Automatic Renewal through your PayPal Account for the relative order:

You are asked to activate a payment method, as shown below:



By selecting - Add payment option - you will enter the
pagamenti.aruba.it page where you can enter your new payment option, choosing between credit card or PayPal, as shown below: 



Once you tick - PayPal- you are asked to confirm your payment choice.



By clicking on - Add - you will enter the PayPal website where you will be able to complete your purchase and enable Automatic Renewal through your PayPal account or by create a new one.
After entering your details, click on – Accept and continue – to authorize the service.


Automatic renewal through PayPal accounts is active for all Aruba services related to the Login for which this payment method was saved.
The operation is confirmed as shown below:


If your PayPal accounts have already been saved for a previous purchase on Aruba, and you want to enable the Automatic Renewal for a new service, you will see the list of PayPal accounts already existing as shown below:


You can:

- Enable automatic renewal on a payment option which is already saved -

Select the PayPal accounts you want to use for the payment of Automatic Renewal

 

Then tick - Enable -. Automatic Renewal through PayPal accounts  will be enabled for the related PEC account, debit request will be received seven days before expiration date. The operation is confirmed as shown below:

 

- Add a new payment option

Select - add new payment option - then follow the instructions in the first column of the following table.

from the Aruba Hosting Customer Area

You can enable or disable the service at any time by entering to your – Hosting Customer Area – with your
Login details (Username and password)

On the - Manage Domains - Panel you will see a green tick next to the order with the Automatic Renewal by credit card, and an - X - indicating where this option is disabled:

By selecting – Manage – under the red - X - you will be able to enable the Automatic Renewal for the relative order:

There are two possibilities shown in the table below.


No credit card details have been saved

  
    Credit card details already saved

You are asked to activate the payment by credit card and Automatic Renewal, as shown below:

 
By selecting - Add payment option - you will enter the pagamenti.aruba.it page where you can enter your new payment option. 



By clicking on - Add - you will enter the Banca Sella secure server where you can register your credit card details:
