What are they and how do I identify them?
They are codes required by Aruba in order to process payments made by bank transfer.
• The C.R.O. (Transaction Reference Code) is a code with 11 digits;
• The TRN (Transaction Reference Number) is a sequence of 30 alphanumeric characters.
When do I have to communicate them to Aruba?
• You should request these codes directly from your bank if Aruba requires them; otherwise the payment will be made automatically by bank transfer;
• The payment will be credited within 2 - 3 working days from the date of payment.
How do I get them?
The C.R.O. and T.R.N. codes are given directly by your bank and, if one of them is not indicated.
