To change the ownership of a MySql or MS Sql Database the current owner must send the following documents by fax to the number +39 0575/862000 or via Ticket from the Aruba Support section:
- Change Ownership of Database Form duly filled in and signed
- ID of both parties
- In the case of Companies/Bodies/Associations: company registration certificate, company statute, notary deed, or other document of the old owner, which proves that they are the legal owner. Documents older than 3 months, from the date the request was sent, will not be accepted.
To use the database, the new owner needs to have a @aruba Login (to which the database will be associated) which needs to be associated to a domain with Hosting service (or to a Dedicated or Virtual Server), registered and active with Aruba.
N.B. To fulfil your request, once the above documents have been received, Aruba S.p.A. reserves the right to request further documents in order to verify the identity of the persons involved.
